1. Who we are

2. Scope

These terms apply to every offer, order and agreement between Klappe Development and you as the buyer, made through this website.

3. Products

We sell compatible house brand (huismerk) ink bottles for Epson EcoTank printers that use the 114 bottle. They are not original Epson products. The name Epson is used only to describe compatibility.

You are responsible for checking that your printer takes the 114 bottle. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering. Illustrations on this website are drawings, not photos of the actual product.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are not part of the price and are shown at checkout before you pay.

You pay with one of the payment methods offered at checkout. We may correct an obvious pricing mistake before we confirm your order.

5. Order and agreement

The agreement is formed when you complete the checkout and we confirm your order by email. We may refuse an order for a good reason, for example when a product is out of stock.

6. Delivery

The delivery options and delivery times that apply to your order are shown at checkout. If your order has not arrived, contact us and we will look into it with the carrier.

7. Right of withdrawal for consumers

As a consumer you may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after you, or a third party you named, received the goods, without giving a reason.

To withdraw, tell us clearly by email to [email protected]. You must send the goods back within 14 days after you told us. Sealed ink bottles can be returned unopened and undamaged, in their original packaging. The costs of returning the goods are yours.

We refund the payments we received, including the standard shipping costs, within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may wait until we have received the goods back. If a bottle was opened or used, we may deduct the loss in value.

8. Conformity and complaints

We deliver goods that match the agreement. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.

If you are not satisfied, email [email protected] with your order number. We will reply within a reasonable time and look for a solution together.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

10. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms and to every agreement made under them. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
