Are these original Epson bottles?
No. They are compatible house brand (huismerk) bottles. We mention Epson only to say which printers and bottle type they are compatible with.
Which printers do they fit?
Epson EcoTank printers that use the 114 bottle. We sell them for the ET-8500, ET-8550, ET-16600 and ET-16650. We do not list or promise other models.
Which colours are there?
Six: Black (pigment), Photo Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Grey. You can buy them one by one or as a set with one bottle of each.
Black and Photo Black, what is the difference?
They are two separate tanks in the printer and need two separate bottles. Pigment black is the black for text and documents. Photo Black is the black tank used for photo printing.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices on this site include VAT. Shipping costs are added at checkout, before you pay.
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
This depends on your address and is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I return a bottle?
Yes. As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase. Sealed bottles can be returned unopened. The details are on the shipping and returns page and in the terms.
Why does the checkout say Hitify?
Our checkout is shared with our other shop, Hitify, and both are run by Klappe Development. Your order is still an order from 114ink, and it is marked as such on our side.
