Who is responsible

What we process

Browsing this site: your cart is kept in your own browser (local storage). It is not sent to us until you go to checkout. This site does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

Ordering: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number if you give one, the products you order and your payment status. This is entered in the checkout, not on this website.

Contact: if you email us, we process your email address and what you tell us.

Why, and on what basis

To handle your order and deliver it (performance of the agreement), to keep our books and meet tax rules (legal obligation), and to answer your messages and keep the site secure (legitimate interest).

Who receives your data

Our checkout and order system, our payment provider, the carrier that delivers your parcel, and our hosting provider Cloudflare, which may set technical cookies for security and passes requests to our site. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept as long as the law requires for the administration, which in the Netherlands is at least seven years. Emails are kept as long as needed to deal with your question.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, ask us to restrict the processing, object to it, and ask for your data in a portable format. Email [email protected].

You can also complain to the data protection authority. In the Netherlands that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
