Shipping

Shipping costs and the available delivery options depend on your address. They are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

You will see the total, including shipping and VAT, before you confirm the order.

Returning an order

If you are a consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after you received the goods, without giving a reason.

Sealed ink bottles can be returned. Send them back unopened and undamaged, in their original packaging.

To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and a clear statement that you withdraw from the purchase. Wait for our reply with the return address before you send anything.

Return shipping costs are for you, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Refunds

After your withdrawal we refund the purchase price, and the standard shipping we charged, using the same payment method you used. We may wait with the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown that you sent them.

Bottles that were opened or used may be refunded with a deduction for the loss of value.

Wrong or damaged goods

If something arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, email [email protected] with your order number and a photo, and we will sort it out.
