Every price on this site includes VAT and excludes shipping. Shipping is shown as its own line at checkout and is charged once per order.

Payment runs through a secured checkout. Your order is final once payment is confirmed; before that you can stop with no consequences.

On working days we ship within 24 hours. How long the parcel takes after that is up to the carrier, and we make no promise about it.

We deliver to the address you give at checkout. If that address is wrong, tell us the same day; once the parcel has gone we cannot redirect it.

You have fourteen days from the day you receive the parcel to change your mind, and you do not have to say why. Email us and send the bottles back unopened.

We cannot take back an opened bottle, because we cannot establish what happened to it afterwards. Return postage is yours unless we sent the wrong thing.

If a bottle does not work as it should, we replace it or refund it. That applies beyond the return window too, as long as it is a fault in the product.

Our ink is not made by Epson. Within the EU a manufacturer may not withdraw your warranty because you used another ink. If anyone can demonstrate that our ink specifically caused damage, come to us and we will sort it out.

Send a complaint to [email protected]. We answer within two working days and agree with you what we will do and by when.
