Returns

From the day you receive the parcel you have fourteen days. Email [email protected] with your order number and what you are sending back, and you will get the return address.

We refund within fourteen days of receiving it, by the same route you paid.

A bottle with its seal intact we take back. An opened one we do not: we cannot establish how much ink is left or whether it is still the same ink, and we will not sell it on to the next customer.

If you are unhappy with the ink itself and have already used the bottle, email us anyway. We would rather fix that than have you go elsewhere.

If we sent the wrong colour or something broke in transit, we pay the return and send the right thing immediately. A photograph by email is enough, and often you do not need to send anything back at all.
